Recently, we proudly promoted Heather Hatcher, Carmen Moravec, Michael Meyer, and Scott Stiles to the position of Associate Vice President. Heather Hatcher, IIDA, NCIDQ, LEED AP | Interior Designer

An experienced interior designer, Heather brings thoughtful space planning, a creative eye, and a meticulous attention to detail to every project. Through her collaborative approach, she fosters strong relationships among clients, project teams, and the broader design community, consistently delivering environments that are both functional and inspiring.

Carmen Moravec, AIA, NCARB | Architect

Michael Meyer, AIA, LEED AP BD+C | Architect

A licensed architect, Michael brings extensive experience across a wide range of project types, managing each with precision and care. His keen eye for detail, paired with a commitment to creating meaningful and impactful spaces, makes him a respected and valued leader within our firm.

Scott Stiles | Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development, Scott has earned the trust and confidence of the firm’s Principals through his ability to cultivate strong client relationships and guide meaningful partnerships. His strategic and collaborative approach plays a key role in advancing the firm’s long-term vision and continued growth.
