The Product Development area required an expanded laboratory, a blending room and storage for samples. Testing and Service, where BG Products offerings are put to the test, includes engine diagnostic testing, fuel injector testing and full vehicle testing. Vehicle training is also provided in the service shop with monitors, cameras and numerous other technological tools for technician training. Technician and Sales Training (BGU) would not be complete without state of the art audio visual equipment and virtual reality engine diagnostics.

The new addition houses three functional areas: Product Development, Testing and Service, and Technician-Sales training, known as BGU.
